Bursaries

The international committee and the conference organisers are keen to encourage participation from representatives of as many countries as possible. We recognise that a face to face event presents financial as well as other barriers to some people. With this in mind, we are offering four bursaries to participants from regions that have been underrepresented in previous conferences – Africa, South America, South Asia and East Asia. The bursary is a 50% discount in the conference fee. Homestay may also be available as an option to help with accommodation costs.

You will have an opportunity to provide detailed information that will help the organisers select the recipients. People who are interested should also submit a proposal for a presentation separately. Unfortunately, the format of the conference does not lend itself to online sharing.
